Our team will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your needs and assign a project manager to you.
Once the order has been placed and paid for, our team will hand you a questionnaire to ensure we capture your expectations.
Our team will work through the script, voiceover, storyboard, and animation phases in an average of 4 – 8 weeks, depending on your package.
Our team will be in contact with you throughout the process and request approval before moving on to the next stage of production.
Upon completion, you will receive your finished video, and have the opportunity to request any necessary revisions.

Can you produce videos in other languages?

Yes! We can create videos in your preferred language, but please note that additional charges apply for script translation and voiceover recording in the desired language.

What will I recieve once the project is completed?

Upon project completion, you will receive an MP4/ MOV file that can be uploaded on your website, YouTube and your social media marketing channels.

How much content can be included in a 30-second video?

Typically, a 30-second script is around 75 words, which allows us to include the following sections: Problem Definition, Solution, and Call to Action. If you wish to include more information in your video or extend its length, we can accommodate your request and adjust the budget with your approval. Please let us know your desired video length and any additional content you would like to include in the questionnaire.

Is it possible to create a longer video?

Yes, you can order multiple 30-second packages and combine them into a single longer video, or spread the seconds out across multiple shorter videos. Simply specify your preference in the questionnaire, including whether you would like one long video or multiple short videos, and we will accommodate your request.
